ssk 1G U盘做启动盘问题

我有个1G U盘。想把它量产成一个cd-rom 和一个可以正常使用的U盘部分。
cd-rom部分可以做成启动盘。（应该不会占很大空间吧？ 80M 够吧，就装些DOS启动工具
用于电脑故障用），还有部分可以想正常U盘一样使用。遇到病毒之类的。格式化不影响CD-ROM
部分。。。


哪位高人能大概说下步骤和使用的工具。。
